All products sold by Blueprint Books are digital downloads (PDF format). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final by default.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your order date and we will make it right — either with a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.

Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us immediately for a full refund of the duplicate charge.

Technical issues: If you cannot access your download due to a technical problem on our end, we will resolve it promptly or issue a full refund.
